One year ago today, James left for boot camp on his way to officially becoming a marine. It hasn’t been easy; out of the entire year I’ve been lucky enough to only see him for almost a month total. I miss him every single second of every day, but our relationship has grown stronger and I know we’ve both learned to be strong for ourselves and for each other. This is for everyone who said we couldn’t make it, to everyone who thinks long distance isn’t worth it. It has not been easy, but it’s definitely worth it. I love you babe!
